We provide specialty medical services including FAA flight physicals, HIMS evaluations, DOT/CDL physicals, Coast Guard and pre-employment exams, workers’ compensation treatment, QME/IME reports, addiction medicine consultations, environmental medicine evaluations, and fitness-for-duty assessments.

Yes. We are certified by both the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Department of Transportation (DOT) to provide official medical certification exams.

Yes. We provide full HIMS evaluations and monitoring support for pilots and air traffic controllers requiring special issuance for substance use or mental health history.

We accept workers’ compensation claims and some employer-directed evaluations. FAA, DOT, and other specialty exams are typically fee-for-service. Please call our office for details.

We are located in downtown San Mateo, conveniently serving patients from the Peninsula, the Bay Area, and beyond.

Yes. We offer physicals for pre-employment, pre-placement, OSHA clearance, Coast Guard/maritime, and school or camp participation.

Yes. We provide QME evaluations for workers’ compensation cases, as well as Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs), second opinions, and fitness-for-duty assessments for legal or employer purposes.

Yes — we treat workplace injuries if we are part of the employer’s Medical Provider Network (MPN) or if we receive authorization for treatment from the workers’ compensation insurance carrier.

We also accept and treat federal work-related injuries covered under the Department of Labor (DOL) programs, such as OWCP (Office of Workers’ Compensation Programs).
