Certainly, we specialize in addressing work-related injuries and illnesses and have established affiliations with various workers’ compensation carriers. It’s important to note that your employer might have their own network of providers called MPN (Medical Provider Network). Before seeking care with us, we recommend contacting your employer representative to confirm that we are an approved medical provider for your company’s workers’ compensation care.

If you currently have an active workers’ compensation claim and are interested in transferring your care to our facility, please contact your claims adjuster to officially designate us as your PTP (Primary Treating Physician). Once we receive the necessary authorization from your claims adjuster, we can efficiently schedule your appointment. Additionally, feel free to contact us directly, and we would be more than happy to assist in coordinating with your claims adjuster on your behalf. 

If you are covered by a commercial health insurance plan and our practice is not within the network, you will need to make payment at the time of service, also known as “Direct Pay,” “Self Pay,” or “Fee for Service.” We can supply you with a superbill for submission to your insurance company if you have out-of-network benefits. We recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to gain a clearer understanding of the coverage provided by your specific policy.

Please be aware that the fees mentioned are applicable only to doctor’s visits. Any prescribed tests, including laboratory studies and imaging, can be conducted through your insurance network.

If you are without insurance coverage or our practice is not within your insurance network, kindly refer to our pricing list for information on self-pay options.

It’s important to be aware that, in California, we are unable to accept direct payments for workers’ compensation claims. If you wish to designate us as your PTP (Primary Treating Physician) for a workers’ compensation claim, please contact your claims adjuster directly and request the necessary authorization.
